[Treasurers Report read & referred]

A communication was received from Elias Thomas Esq, Treasurer of the State with the annual Report of the State of the Treasury, which was read and on motion of Mr. Parsons committed to Messrs Parsons and Churchill with such as the House may join, sent down for concurrence Came up concurred and Messrs Eveleth, Clark and Hazeltine were joined.
