Met according to adjournment.

Petition of Arthur McLellan & al of Portland to locate a road over certain flats, was read & referred to the committee on the Judiciary. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill additional to an act entitled an act directing the method of laying out and making provision for the repair & amendment of highways, reported by a committee of this House appointed 29th ult, was read 1st & 2nd time & tomorrow at ten oclock assigned for a third reading.

Bill additional to an act relating to Fish in East Machias Waters, was read 1st & 2nd time & tomorrow at ten oclock assigned for a 3rd reading

Resolve in favor of Nathaniel L Ingersol, was read a second time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Resolve in favor of certain Chiefs of the Penobscot Indians laid on the table by Mr Bennock of Orono, was read 1st & 2nd time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence

Resolve to encourage & aid in the publication of a statistical view and Maps of the State, was called up & referred to Messrs Smith of Newfield, Fuller of Augusta & Adams of Portland.

Resolve in favor of Thomas V Totman & Sylvester G Spaulding reported by a committee of this house, was read once and tomorrow at ten oclock assigned for a second reading.
