The House accepted the report in concurrence with the Senate so far as relates to the recommendation of the committee in relation to printing the report of said agent and also so far as to being the Resolve before the House.

Resolve in relation to aggressions upon the North Eastern frontier of the State; was read once & Monday next at 11 oclock assigned for a second reading.

Bill to set off Benjamin Woodbury & others from Buckfield to Paris, was read a 1st & 2nd time & tomorrow at ten oclock assigned for a third reading.

Bill concerning Sheriffs fees, was referred to Messrs Smith Roberts of Waterboro, Spaulding of Buckfield, Cobb of Durham Turner of Brighton, Johnson of Farmington, Crane of Hope Turner of Brighton, Johnson of Farmington, Crane of Hope beverage of Vinalhaven, Toster of Machias & Bartlet of Garland.
