Bill to incorporate the Penobscot Mill Damn Company was read once & referred to Messrs Carpenter of Howland, Bartlett of Garland & Holbrook of Frankfort

Bill to incorporate the Proprietors of the Bangor Bridge, was read 1st & 2nd time & tomorrow at ten oclock assigned for a third reading

Bill to incorporate the Bangor Mechanic Association, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed as in new draft. Sent up for concurrence.
