Petition of Noah K George of plan. No 3. Penobscot County to be incorporated as a town, was read & referred to the committee on incorporation of towns. Sent up for concurrence.

The committee on elections to whom was referred the Remonstrance of Amos Parker & als against the election of Benja Webber, reported that the charges against said Webber were unsupported by evidence and that he was duly elected & returned - report accepted.

Message from the Senate by Mr Smith their Secretary, Mr Speaker The Senate propose a convention of both houses at 11 oclock to day for the purpose of coming to the choice of a Treasurer of State - The House concurred and the Clerk was requested to acquaint the Senate therewith.
