Reports - on petition of Moses Adams - - of Inh. of Buxton - - of John Goodridge & als - - of Z. Rogers & als - granting leave to withdraw, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence and the House concurred.

Report on petition of Ebenr Fessenden Junr & al granting an order of notice, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence and the House concurred.

Report on petition of Nancy Swett & als, granting leave to bring in a Resolve, came from the Senate, accepted for concurrence - & the House concurred.

Reports on petitions of Samuel Twombly & als - - of Court of Sessions of Lincoln County - granting leave for Bills, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence and the House concurred.

The Committee on the pet. of Jacob McGaw &a for a Bank, reported leave to withdraw - The Senate recommitted the subject & sent down the papers for concurrence and the House concurred.

Ordered that the Committee on State Lands be instructed to enquire as to the expediency of appropriating such sum of money arising from the sales of land on Penobscot River as they may think proper for building a Bridge over Passadumkeag Stream and other Small streams on the State road leading through township number one & two, river townships and others for connecting said road with the Baskahegan Road so called - read & passed. Sent up for concurrence.
