Thursday February 14th 1828

Met according to adjournment. Bill to prevent the destruction of Fish on the Colscook river in the town of Whiting, was read a 1st & 2nd time & tomorrow at ten oclock assigned for a third reading.

Bill to incorporate the York Chapter of Royal Arch Masons was read 1st & 2nd time & tomorrow at ten oclock assigned for a third reading.

Bill additional to the several acts respecting Highways, was read a third & passed to be engrossed as amended on slip annexed marked F. Sent up for concurrence

The House agreeably to assignment look up the consideration of the report of the committee on the subject of the Northeastern boundary and discussed the questions arising out said report, but before any vote was taken thereon the House adjourned until afternoon.

Bill additional act to provide for carrying into effect certain stipulations in the act for erecting the District of Maine into a separate State, was read a 1st & 2nd time & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a third reading.

Bill an additional act respecting the fishery in the seven mile brook in Vassalboro' came from the Senate amended for concurrence and the House so far receded from their former votes as to pass the Bill as thus amended to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.
