Orders of the House of Representatives, that the Committee on the Judiciary inquire into the expediency of altering the 13th section of an Act entitled "An Act to provide for the Education of Youth" with leave to report by Bill or otherwise.

Orders That the Committee on Military Affairs be instructed to take into consideration the necessity of authorizing the Commandants of the several Regiments and Battalions to call out their commissioned and non-commissioned Officers at certain seasons for the purpose of a Drill; and also to inquire into the expediency of reducing the number of trainings to an annual inspection, except in case of choice of Officers, with leave to report by Bill or otherwise

Orders That the Committee on Military Affairs be instructed to inquire into the expediency of exempting non-commissioned officers and soldiers of the Militia from providing themselves with cartridges with Balls and requiring towns to keep in their town stores, twenty four cartridges with balls for every non-commissioned Officer and Soldier enrolled therein

Orders That the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to inquire what provisions are necessary to be made for the safe keeping and certifying the records of deceased Justices of the Peace.
