Mr. Francis from the same Committee on the petition of Asaph Howard and others reported an order that the Petitioners cause an attested copy of their petition and order thereon to be published in the "Eastern Argus" a paper printed in Portland, three weeks successively, the last publication be thirty days at least, before the first Wednesday of the first session of the next Legislature that all persons interested may appear and show cause, if any they have, why the prayer of said petition should not be granted, Read and accepted Sent down for concurrence, Came up concurred.
