Bill in addition to An Act to establish the Cony Female Academy which was read a first time and having been ordered to a second reading, was again read and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence

Mr. Francis, from the Committee on Parishes &c, on the Petition of Elisha Harding for incorporation of Union Lodge, reported that the Petitioners have leave to bring in a bill. Read and accepted. Sent down concurrence. Came up concurred.
