110 2nd time and tomorrow at ten oclock assigned for a third reading.

On motion of Mr Adams of Portland, Ordered that the Committee on Finance be instructed to consider and report what sum it is expedient to raise the present year by way of a State Tax on Polls + Estate - read + passed.

Bill authorizing John Wood to maintain a dam + slip in Little Keizer River, was read a third time + passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.
