Reports on petitions of John Sargent - - of a Committee of Etna & Dixmont - granting leave for Resolves, came down accepted for concurrence and the House concurred.

Reports on petitions of Rufus Gilmore & als - - of Jeremiah Clough & als - - of Timothy Hall Junr - - of Converse Lilly & als - granting leave for Bills, came down accepted for concurrence and the House concurred.

Petition of the Proprietors of Steuben Meeting House to be incorporated was read & referred to the committee on incorporation of Parishes & Sent up for concurrence.

Report on the petition of Selectmen of Westbrook granting leave for a Resolve, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence - and the House recommitted the same. Sent up for concurrence

Petition of Jonathan Tucker & als to be incorporated as Proprietors of a Manufac. Company at Saco Falls was read & referred to the Committee on application from Manufacturing Companies - Sent up for Concurrence.

Petition of Robert Page & als to transfer the toll of Fryburg Bridge &c was read and referred to the committee on Turnpikes, bridges & Canals. Sent up for concurrence.
