Mr Whiting of Whiting has leave of absence after Tomorrow + Mr Hubbard of Cornish after Wednesday next during the remainder of the Session.

An order came from the Senate for concurrence directing the Secretary of State to cause the report of the joint select committee of the two Houses of the Legislature, on the subject of the North Eastern Boundary, and also that of the agent appointed to ascertain facts in relation to aggressions upon the North Eastern Frontier to be printed with the Resolves, which shall be passed the present session - and the House concurred.

Bill - an additional act for the relief of Poor Debtors, was read 1st + 2nd time + amended and tomorrow at ten oclock assigned for a 3rd reading.

Petition of William Wood 2nd for leave to change his name was read + referred to the committee on the change of names.
