Order of the House of Representatives, that the Committee on the Judiciary, be instructed to take into consideration the expediency of providing by Law, some method, by which the interests of Individuals in any meeting House, not the property of any Parish or Corporation, may be regulated, for the benefit of all concerned, with leave to report by Bill or otherwise, was read and passed in concurrence

On motion by Mr. Williams, ordered, that Messrs Williams and Scamman with such as may be joined on the part of the House of Representatives, be a Committee to inquire what measures ought to be adapted additional to the Resolve apportioning the Representatives on the several Counties, Towns, Plantations and classes, with leave to report by Resolve or otherwise. Sent down for concurrence. Came up concurred.

On motion by Mr. Dunlap Ordered that the Committee on Literature and Literary Institutions, be instructed to inquire into the expediency of amending "An Act to incorporate North Yarmouth Academy with leave to report by Bill or otherwise. Sent down for concurrence Came up concurred.
