Mr. Green from the Committee on Incorporation of Towns, on the Petition of Seth Knowles and others reported an order that the Petitioners cause an attested copy of their petition and order thereon to be published in the "Bangor Register," a paper printed in Bangor, and in "Somerset Journal," a paper printed in Norridgewock, three weeks successively the last publication to be sixty days before the first Wednesday of the first session of the next Legislature, that all persons interested may then appear and show cause, if any they have why the prayer of said petition should not be granted, Read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Came up concurred
