A message was received from the House of Representatives, that they had again ballotted for the choice of a Major General of the fourth Division and had, on their part elected Richard T. Dunlap, and request the concurrence of the Senate

On motion by Mr. Parsons the Senate assigned tomorrow, at 10 oclock for coming to the choice of a Major General of the fourth Division
