Bill to set off part of the town of Foxcroft and annex the same to township numbered seven in the eighth range, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

The House assigned tomorrow at ten oclock to come to the choice on their part of a Major General for the second division of the Militia of this State.

The committee on engrossed bills reported as duly engrossed Bill relating to Cathance Bridge- - additional act to exempt certain goods & chattels from attachment execution and distress - to incorporate the York Chapter of Royal Arch Masons - to incorporate the Mosaic Lodge- - to incorporate the Literary Fraternity of Waterville College. - establishing the line between Jefferson & the towns of Washington. Waldoboro' New Castle & Alna. - to prevent the destruction of Fish in the Cobscook River in the town of Whiting - concerning the Penobscot tribe of Indians - - authorizing the reduction of the capital Stock of the Waterville bank. which were severally passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence.
