Tuesday February 26th 1828.

Met according to adjournment.

Message from the Senate by Mr Hutchinson their Secretary informing the House that the Senate have voted to adjourn without day when they next adjourn.

Resolve on the Pay Roll of the House of Representatives, came from the Senate amended for concurrence - The House concurred with the Senate in their amendment as further amended.

Ordered than when this House next adjourns it will adjourn without day, and that the Clerk be requested to inform the Senate of the passage of this order.

The committee engrossed Bills reported as duly engrossed Resolve in favor of Charles Miller & Jesse Rowell- - on the Pay Roll of the Senate - which were severally finally passed. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill additional to an act concerning the assessment and collection of taxes, was taken up & referred to the next Legislature. Sent up for concurrence.

Resolve on the Pay Roll of the House of Representatives came from the Senate they refusing to concur in the amendment proposed by the House and adhering to their own vote - The House receded & concurred.

The committee on engrossed Bills reported as duly engrossed Resolve on the Pay Roll of the House of Representatives which was finally passed. Sent up for concurrence.
