[Bill - Central Bank]

Bill to incorporate the Central Bank,

["A.R. Society]

" to incorporate the Abyssinian Religious Society, &c

[" Female Orphan Society]

" to incorporate the Female Orphan Society of Portland, came up amended for concurrence and the Senate concurred.

[" to incorporate the town of Bremen]

Bill to incorporate the town of Bremen was read once and tomorrow 10 oclock assigned for a second reading.

[pet of S. men of Freedom]

On motion by Mr. Miller the Senate reconsidered their vote concurring with the House in the reference to the next Legislature of the petition of Selectmen of Freedom, and ordered that the petitioners have leave to withdraw their petition Sent down for concurrence. Concurred

[pet. of J.R. Ridley &c]

On motion by Mr. Dennett the petition of James Ridley and others was taken from the files and referred to the Committee on Parishes &c. Sent down for concurrence - c.

[Bill -Sheriffs fees]

Bill concerning Sheriffs fees was read once and committed to Messrs Megguier, Washburn and Miller.

[Bill - Palmyra to Pittsfield]

Bill to annex a part of Palmyra to Pittsfield was read once and committed to Messrs Weston, Cutler and Emery.
