Mr. Churchill from the Committee reported Resolve relating to the Kennebec Road and the same was read a second time and passed to be engrossed Sent down for concurrence, Came up concurred,

Mr. Dunlap from the Committee reported in a new draft "Bill to incorporate the Bath public Library and the same was read and passed to be engrossed as taken into this new draft. Sent down for concurrence. Came up concurred.

Mr. Churchill from the Committee on engrossed Bills reported the following to be truly copied viz. Bill to change the names of certain persons and the same was passed to be enacted, and also Resolve in favor of the Cumberland and Oxford Canal and the same was finally passed.

Mr. Scamman from the Committee on that part of the Governors message relating to the claims of Massachusetts against the United States reported a Resolve relating to the allowance of the Massachusetts claims now pending before the Congress of the United States, which was read and committed to Messrs Stebbins, Scamman and Kimball.
