Bill granting a lottery for the benefit of the Thomaston Coal and Mineral Company referred in the House to the next Legislature came up for concurrence and the Senate reconsidered their former votes and concurred with the House,

Mr. Dunlap from the Committee reported, the Resolve on the Pay Roll of the Senate & the same was read a second time and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence Came up concurred.

Resolve on the Pay Roll of the House of Representatives was read a first time 3 oclock this afternoon assigned for a second reading and in the mean time was committed to Messrs Churchill, Scamman and Parsons.

Afternoon, Mr. Churchill from the Committee reported the Resolve on the pay Roll of the House of Representatives with an amendment and the same was read a second time and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence. Came up concurred.

Resolve additional to the "Resolve apportioning the Representatives on the several Counties, Towns, Plantations and Classes on the first apportionment", came up from the House in a third vote passing this Resolve as by them taken into a new draft, propose a conference and, on their part appoint Messrs Dunlap, Parsons & Churchill.
