117 Mr. Williams from the Committee on the Judiciary on order of January 10th reported Bill additional to exempt certain goods and chattels from attachment and execution and from distress from taxes and the same was read once and tomorrow 10 oclock assigned for a second reading. [right] Bill - exempt from attachment

on order of January 22nd, Bill additional establishing the times of holding the Supreme Judicial Court within this State and the same was read once and tomorrow 10 oclock assigned for a second reading. [right] Bill - Sup. Jud Crt and on order of January 9th, respecting further provisions for the better security of houses and other buildings against fire -concurred, on order of January 11th, respecting the expediency of amending the Law for the regulation of Innholders, Retailers +c concurred, on order of January 17th, respecting the expediency of authorizing Registers of Deeds to employ clerks, and remitting the 17 cents required of them by Counties, where their income does not exceed Dollars - concurred, on order of January 23rd, respecting the expediency of repealing the Act of March 7 1826 exempting certain goods from attachment - concurred, and on order of January 30, concerning the amendment of the Law for the taxation of owners and tenants of unimproved lands lying within the State, that on each of said propositions Legislation is inexpedient.
