On motion of Mr Hyde of Bath

     Ordered, That the joint standing committee on the Judiciary be directed to take into consideration the expediency of authorizing the town of Bath to assess a tax on the owners of dogs in conformity to a law passed Feb 26 1825 giving that power to the town of Portland - read and passed - Sent up for concurrence-

The committee on engrossed Bills reported as duly engrossed Resolve in favor of Thomas H Norcross, which was finally passed. Sent up for concurrence.
