Met according to adjournment.

Ordered that the Senate be requested to send down to this House the petition of Gershom Wait and others, presented at the last Legislature, with all accompanying papers. Sent up for concurrence

The Committee on the petition of Syms Gardiner & als reported an order of notice, which came from the Senate accepted for concurrence – The House amended the same at A and sent up the report for concurrence.

Ordered that the committee on the Judiciary be instructed to enquire as to the expediency of adding further provisions to the laws exempting certain goods from attachment and execution, and from distress for taxes, so as to exempt also corn and grain while standing – read & passed.

Petition of Peter Talbot & als & report thereon, taken from the files of the Senate of last year, came from the Senate referd to the committee on Interior Fisheries for concurrence and the House concurred.

Petition of Elijah Morse & als & report thereon, taken from the files of the Senate of last year, came from the Senate referred to the committee on the Judiciary for concurrence and the House concurred.
