Petition of William R Ware to be allowed for services as Aid De Camp to Genl Herrick of 4th Division, was read & referred to the committee on Accounts. Sent up for concurrence.

Petition of the Selectmen of Dover to have their doings made valid - - of Robert Cates & als of Plan. No 11. for their proportion of Representation - - of Committee of town of York to revise the law authorizing the Justices of the Supreme Judicial Court to lay out highways &c were severally read & referred to the committee on the Judiciary Sent up for concurrence.
