Petitions of the Trustees of Farmington Academy for aid - of the Trustees of Anson Academy for aid - of the Trustees of the Maine Wesleyan Seminary for aid - severally referred in Senate to the committee on Literature & Literary Institutions came down for concurrence & the House concurred.

Petition of Aaron White for authority to be given some suitable person to dispose of a portion of the Indian lands on the Mattawamkeg, referred in Senate to the committee on State Lands for concurrence & the House concurred.

Petition of the Selectmen of Bristol for an amendment of the law respecting the fisheries in said town - of David Springer Junr & als for authority to open fishways on streams in the town of Franklin &c & were severally read & referred to the committee on Interior Fisheries. Sent up for concurrence.
