Tuesday next at ten o clock was assigned for the further consideration of the Bill.

On motion of Mr. Bradbury of Hollis, Ordered, That Messrs. Bradbury of Hollis, Kidder of Milburne & Lufkin of Pownal with such as the Senate may join be a committee to inquire into the expediency of altering or amending the law now in force, authorizing actions of Trespass against Sheriffs and Deputy Sheriffs in certain cases - was read & passed. Sent up for concurrence.

On motion of Mr. Shapleigh of Berwick, Ordered, That Messrs. Shapleigh of Berwick, Peaslee of Whitfield & Hunt of Avon be a committee with such as the senate may join to inquire into the expediency of altering the law regulating Divorces and the propriety of passing an additional law further regulating the same. - read & passed. Sent up for concurrence.

On motion of Mr. Kent of Bangor, Ordered, That the committee on the Judiciary be instructed to inquire into the expediency of authorizing towns if they think proper to choose harbour masters with powers to regulate the harbors in their several towns - read & passed . Sent down for concurrence.
