Mr. McCobb of Phippsburg moved a reconsideration of the vote of yesterday, postponing indefinitely the Resolve to promote the publication of a General History of this State and the same was considered by the House, but no vote was taken thereon until the hour assigned for other business arrived and the order of the day called for.
