Bill to incorporate the town of Plymouth, was read 1st & 2nd time & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 3d reading.

Bill for the relief of School Districts in Norridgewock & Mercer was read a 1st & 2d time & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 3d Reading.

Bill to set off Washington Remick from Kittery to Eliot, was read a 1st & 2nd time & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 3d reading.

Bill to incorporate the Journeymen Cordwainers Society was read a 1st & 2nd time & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 3d reading

Bill to establish the divisional line between Lewiston, Greene & Lisbon was read a 1st & 2nd time & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 3d reading.

The committee to consider what measures are expedient to carry into effect a Resolve passed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Feby 8th 1811 granting five hundred dollars to aid the building of a Gaol at Eastport &c, reported a Resolve – and the report was accepted.

Resolve respecting a Gaol at Eastport, was read twice & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Petition of the Assessors of plantation No 1 – seventh range in Penobscot to have their doings made valid. - of the Selectmen of Harrison to have the doings of said town made valid. - of Joseph Bryant & als of Baldwin for a revision of the law respecting the count & tale of Staves. was read & referred to the committee on the Judiciary. Sent up for concurrence.
