Bill extending the provisions of an act incorporating the Proprietors of the Kennebunk Pier, was read a 1st & 2nd time & Saturday next at ten o clock assigned for a third reading.

Bill - to annex part of the town of Surry to the town of Ellsworth was reported with sundry amendments as on sheet annexed marked B which were adopted, read a third time and on motion referred to the next Legislature. Sent up for concurrence .

The committee to contract for the State Printing for the current year made a report which was assigned for consideration at ten o clock tomorrow.
