150 Resolve in favor of Zadock Bishop & eighteen others, was read twice & amended at A & passed to be engrossed as thus amended. Sent up for concurrence.

The committee on engrossed Bills reported as duly engrossed - Bill to prevent the destruction of Pickerel in Damariscotta Pond - additional act to incorporate the Proprietors of the Falls Sluice Way - to cede to the United States a site for a pier in Saco River. - which were severally passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence.

Report of the committee on so much of the Governors Message as relates to fortifications, was called up & referred to Messrs. McCobb of Phippsburg, Swan of Portland & Stevens of Belfast.

Resolve in favor of Ichabod R. Chadbourne, was read 1st & 2nd time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Resolve on the petition of the town of Monson was read 1st & 2nd time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Resolve to prevent depredations on the public lands was read once and ordered to lie on the table & 300 copies to be printed for the use of the members.

Report on the petition of David Dunlap & al granting an order of Notice, was accepted in concurrence with the Senate.
