Met according to adjournment

Remonstrance of Phinehas L Bennett of Troy against the election of Joseph L Small as a member of this House, was read & referred to the committee on Elections.

On motion of Mr Ruggles of Thomaston Ordered, that when the House adjourns, it adjourn until Monday next - read & passed.
