Bill – further regulating the admission of Attornies, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

The committee on engrossed bills reported as duly engrossed Resolve – designating the place where the next Legislature shall meet - in favor of the Passamaquoddy Indians - - for purchasing Greenleafs Reports - which were severally finally passed. Sent up for concurrence

Resolve in of Bowdoin College, was called up and after much discussion refused a passage. Sent up for concurrence

The House assigned this afternoon at three oclock to take up the consideration of the Bill to establish the Kennebec & Androscoggin Canal association.

Resolve in favor of Luke Lambert was read once and tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a second reading.

An order came from the Senate for concurrence, directing the committee on the Judiciary to inquire into the expediency of amending a Resolve prescribing the forms of votes for Governor and Senators and of certificates of elections of Representatives
