Bill – to incorporate the proprietors of the North Parish Meeting House in St George, was called up & indefinitely postponed. Sent up for concurrence.

Mr Weymouth of Berwick has leave of absence after tomorrow.

Resolve authorizing the Land Agent to aid the town of Ellsworth in making a road through the State Land in that town, was read 1st & 2nd time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Bill – additional act respecting the Wiscasset Bank, was read 1st & 2nd time & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 3d reading.

Bill – additional act respecting the Hallowell & Augusta Bank, was read 1st & 2d time & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a third reading.

Report on petition of the Selectmen of St Albans, Hartland and Palmyra, granting leave for a Bill – came from the Senate accepted for concurrence & the House concurred.

Bill – to prevent the destruction of fish in Sebasticook River – was read 1st & 2nd time & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 3d reading.

Bill – establishing Work Houses in the several Counties of this State, came from the Senate referred to the next Legislature and ordered to be published in all the newspapers of this State which publish the Laws, for concurrence, and the House concurred.
