Bill - additional to an act concerning the assessment and collection of Taxes, was amended in several of its provisions & referred to the Committee on Bills in the third reading.

Resolve on the petition of Luke Lambard, was read once and tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 2d reading.

Bill - establishing salaries of Judges and Registers of Probate, was amended in several of its provisions, & passed to be engrossed as amended. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill - to prevent the destruction of Fish in Sebasticook River reported with sundry amendment which were adopted, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill to incorporate the Union Lodge, was read a third time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Ordered that the committee on County Estimates be instructed to add to the estimates submitted by the Courts of Sessions in the several Counties a sum equal to the salaries of the Judge & Register of Probate in the respective Counties in case the bill relating to Judges & Registers of Probate should become a law. - read & passed.
