[Resolve] Resolve in favour of John Carlton 2d was read a 2d time and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence.

[Report on Petition] Mr. McDonald from the Committee on the Petition of the Selectmen of Portland, reported that the Petitioners have leave to withdraw their petition Read and ordered to lie on the table.

[Resolve] Resolve in favour of Jonathan Nelson was read a second time and ordered to lie on the table, committed to Messrs Wellington, Campbell and Witham.

[order for printing Gov. Message] On motion of Mr. Anderson, ordered that the Secretary procure to be printed for the use of the Legislature, two hundred Copies of the Governor's Special Message of the 20th inst. with accompanying Documents.

[Bill] Bill additional to the Act establishing a Ministerial & school fund in Green, and
