Met according to adjournment.

Resolve – for a more speedy promulgation of the doings of the Legislature, was read and indefinitely postponed.

The committee on accounts, reported Roll No 7 for 1826 showing the several allowances made to sundry individuals &c – and the House accepted the report in concurrence with the Senate.

Resolve for the payment of accounts against the State, was read a 1st & 2d time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Resolve authorizing Governor and Council to appoint Commissioners to examine Banks, was read a 2d time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Resolve for the payment of contingent expenses, was read 1st & 2d time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence

Resolve for the purchase of Stationary, was read 1st & 2d time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill – to incorporate the Penobscot Manufacturing Company came from the Senate indefinitely postponed for concurrence – The House, nonconcurred and referred the subject to the next Legislature. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill – additional to an act respecting Fisheries in the waters of Vinalhaven, was taken up & referred to the next Legislature Sent up for concurrence.

Bill – to incorporate the Oxford Lodge, was read a 1st & 2d time
