Saturday February 13th 1830

Met according to adjournment.

On motion of Mr Clark of Limington Ordered That the vote of yesterday in relation to the pay of Andrew Roberts, be so far reconsidered as to limit the pay of said Roberts to the period of his leaving town - read and passed.

Petition of the Selectmen of Whitefield in relation to the fisheries in Sheepscot River, was read & referred to the committee on Interior fisheries. Sent up for concurrence

Mr Bradbury of Hollis moved the following Order, Whereas the members of the Legislature of the State of Maine assembled on the first Wednesday of January and have continued in session until the thirteenth day of February and no business having yet been transacted to afford any justification to the people for a longer continuance of the session, and believing that the general interest of the people as well as a sense of our own duty, requires that each member should return to his constituents, Therefore
