[1824] Resolve confirming the doings of the Town of Cornish; Resolve for the relief of the Town of Minot and Resolve confirming the doings of the Town of Newry, and they were severally passed.

[Committee on altering the times of holding Courts in Lincoln] On motion of Mr. Miller ordered that the Committee on New Trials be instructed to inquire into the expediency of altering the times of holding any of the terms of the Court of Sessions within and for the County of Lincoln, with leave to report by Bill or otherwise. Sent down for concurrence. Came up concurred.

[Reports on Petitions] Mr. Wheeler from the Committee on the Petition of Henry Davidson, reported that the Petitioner cause an attested Copy of his Petition with this order thereon to be published in the Hancock Gazette and Penobscot Advertiser printed at Belfast, three weeks successively, the last publication to be sixty days at least before the first Wednesday of the first Session of the next Legislature. Read, accepted and send down for concurrence. Came up concurred.
