[1824 January 28.] Petition of Daniel Lovejoy and others, reported that they have to withdraw their Petition. Read, accepted and sent down for concurrence.

[Reports on Petitions] Mr. Usher from the same Committee on the Petition of Samuel Chase and others, reported that the Petitioners cause an attested Copy of their Petition with this order thereon to be served on the Clerk of the town of Freeport ten days at least before the second Wednesday of February of the present session of the Legislature. Read, accepted & sent down for concurrence. Came up concurred.

Mr. Usher from the Committee on the Petition of Inhabitants of Surry, reported that the Petitioners cause an attested Copy of their Petition with this order thereon to be served on the Clerk of the town of Surry sixty days at least before the first Wednesday of the first session of the next Legislature.
