Monday March 15 1830

Met according to adjournment.

The Committee on accounts reported Roll of accounts No.11 and Resolve for the payment of accounts against the State, which was read once and this afternoon at 3 o'clock assigned for a second reading.

The Committee on contested elections made a report upon all subjects committed to them, not heretofore reported upon & were discharged from any further service. read & accepted.

Bill to set off a part of the town of Harrington and annex the same to the town of Addison, was read & referred to the next Legislature. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill to annex a part of Otisfield to Oxford, was read first & second time and three o'clock this afternoon assigned for a 3rd reading.

Resolve in relation to the unexpended balances of certain appropriations, was read once & tomorrow at 10 o'clock assigned for a second reading.

Bill to regulate the taking of Fish, called Salmon, Shad & alewives, in the Sebasticook River in the town of Clinton, was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Bill - directing the manner in which District School Meetings may be called, came from the Senate amended for concurrence and the House concurred.

Resolve authorizing the Land Agent to redeem certain real estate for the purpose of securing a debt to the State, was read a second time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.
