222 Resolve providing compensation for the Draftsman, was read 1st & 2nd time & passed to be engrossed as amended. Sent up for concurrence.

Report of the Committee on State Lands, came again from the Senate that body adhering to their former vote accepting the same amended by them - The House adhering to their vote passing the same to be engrossed - The House adhere to their vote rejecting the amendments proposed by the Senate and accepting the same amended in the House. Sent up.

Resolve in favor of Samuel Haines & for other purposes, came from the Senate that body adhering to their vote passing the same to be engrossed - the House adhere to their vote passing the same to be engrossed as amended by them propose a conference, and appoint as conferees on their part Messrs White of Monmouth, Smith of Nobleboro & Magoun of Bath
