the Governor was pleased to say, he would forthwith communicate to the two Houses through the Secretary of State his last message the present session.

The Secretary of State came in, and informed the House that the Governor had signed eighty six acts, and fifty four Resolves the (titles of which he read) and that the Governor or had no further communication to make to the Legislature at their present session - and then withdrew.
