[Reports on Petitions] Mr. Dunlap from the committee, on petitions of William Sawin and als. and of Jacob Cobern and als.- reported that they severally have leave to bring in a Bill : Read, accepted and sent down for concurrence : concurred.-

[Bills] Mr. Whitney from the committee, on petition of the Congregational Society in the East Parish in Shapleigh, reported a Bill to authorize the sale of ministerial land, and to incorporate the funds of the Congregational Society in the East Parrish in Shapleigh, which was read twice and passed to be engrossed : sent down for concurrence.-

[Resolve] Resolve for distributing the Laws of the United States, and for other purposes, was read a 2d time and passed to be engrossed, with an amendment; sent down for concurrence.-

[Bills] Bill additional to the act for the regulation of Innholders, Retailers and Common Victuallers, passed to be engrossed in the House, came up for concurrence, and was read once and committed, and tomorrow at 9 oclock assigned for a 2d reading.-
