[Order concerning Militia]

Order of the House that the Committee on the Militia and Military Affairs be instructed to enquire into the expediency of so far amending the 17th section of the Militia Law of this State, that in all cases where any Division of the Militia is so divided as to reduce a Regiment of Cavalry or Artillery to three Companies, they they shall still compose one Regiment, and the several Officers of the Regiment as it existed previous to such division, shall retain their respective commands; came up for concurrence, was read and concurred.

[Order concerning Writs of Certiorari]

Order of the House that the Committee on New Trials be instructed to consider the expediency of providing by law that writs of Certiorari be made writs of right, with leave to report by Bill or otherwise; came up for concurrence, was read and concurred.

Order of the House that the Committee on New Trials be instructed to take into consideration the expediency of amending and altering so much of An Act entitled an "Act concerning the assessment and collection of Taxes" as relates to the collection of Taxes on nonresident proprietors' land, with leave to report by Bill or otherwise; came up for concurrence, was read and concurred.
