On motion of Mr. Ripley, Ordered that the Committee on the Militia and Military Affairs be instructed to enquire into the expediency of appropriating Townships of State Land for the purpose of creating a fund to be placed in the Treasury of the State, to meet the expenses incident to the Militia; Sent down for concurrence and came up concurred.
