[Bill read once] Bill additional to the several Acts regulating Inhabitants Bill limiting the tenure of office of the Adjutant General were severally read once & then 10 assigned for a 2nd Reading

[Bill for the destruction of Crows postponed] Message from the House of Representatives that they had reconsidered their vote passing to be engrossed. Bill for the destruction of crows and propose amendments to the same for the concurrence of the Senate. The Senate reconsidered their form vote and postponed the bill indefinitely. Sent down for concurrence.

[Resolve in favor of Jos. B. Prince] Mr. Gardner from the Committee on claims reported Resolve in favor of Joseph B. Prince with an accompanying statement of facts. Read and sent down.

[Bill passed to be engrossed] Bill incorporating the Master Warden and Members of Fraternal Lodge and Bill to set off Ames Hills and Luther Eames from Newry to Bethel were severally read a second time and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence.

[Abstract of the returns representing Highways ordered to be printed] Report of the Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges and canals to whom were referred the Returns of the Selectmen of the several towns and assessors of plantations within the State showing the amount of money raised and expended in labor and materials for building and repairing bridges, Highways &c, reported as Abstract thereof of which they recommend the publication of copies for the use of the Legislature was accepted in concurrence.
