[Order directing Secy. of State to Notify D. Crowell a Counsellor &c] On motion motion by Mr. Hilton Ordered that the Secretary of State be directed forthwith to notify David Crowell of Whitefield in the County of Lincoln that he has this day by a joint ballot of the two Houses of the Legislature been elected a Counsellor to advise the Governor in the Executive part of the Government the current political year and request his immediate attendance at the Council Board.
