50 [order respecting the act regulating Judicial process & proceedings] into the expediency of altering, amending or repealing the first, third and fourth Sections of an act entitled an Act additional to an act regulating Judicial process and proceedings. passed 8th of March 1826.

[order respecting the Probate of wills &c] " that the same committee be directed to inquire into the expediency of providing by law for the Probate of Wills, administration of estates and settlement of accounts and regulating the trusts of executors administrators and guardians in cases where the respective Judges of Probate of any County have been appointed or shall hereafter be designated for such trusts.

[Order respecting the laying out of Highways] " that the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed ton inquire as to the expediency of modifying or amending the existing Laws in relation to the laying out of Highways, were severally read and passed in concurrence.
