[Bill to annex part of Canton to Jay] town of Canton to the town of Jay, read once & tomorrow 10 oClock assigned for a 2nd reading.

[Bill concerning Highways referred] Bill additional to an Act directing the method of laying out and making provision for the repair and amendment of highways was read a second time and referred to the next Legislature. Sent down for concurrence.

[Bill authorizing Bangor to regulate the Harbor] Mr. Kingsbury from the committee on the Judiciary on order of January 31st report a Bill to authorize the town of Bangor to regulate the harbor in that town.

[Bill respecting Watches and wards] on order of February 4th, Bill additional to an Act for keeping watches and wards in towns and preventing disorders in streets and public places. and [Bill respecting Bonds given by Sheriffs & Coroners] on order of February 19th. Bill additional to an Act providing that bonds shall be given by Sheriffs and Coroners to the Treasurer of the State and giving remedies thereon and the same were severally read a first time and tomorrow 10 oClock assigned for a second reading.
